I undertake type 1 – 4 assessments in the Housing sector. This includes care, extra care; sheltered accommodation; supported living; purpose built high and low rise flats; buildings converted to flats; HMO’s’ offices; commercial and community centres.

34 years of ‘fire’ related roles (Industrial, MOD and Local Authority Fire Services and fire risk assessment). Qualifications include Inspecting Officer Certificate; NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk (Distinction); BRE courses in compartmentation and fire door inspection; C.S. Todd & Associates Fire Risk Assessors course; HHSRS1 qualification; FPA Fire Safety Design of Buildings Course & Tall Buildings Fire Safety Management course.

I am also on the IFE Register of Fire Risk Assessors.
