Assessor operating to this level should be able to conduct a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment of the general fire precautions in buildings that are perceived to have:
h) high fire risk, and may be;
i) used for domestic residencies for a occupied by over 50 persons; who may be persons who may be unfamiliar with the building or have impairments or specialised needs; or
j) have retail or commercial occupancies of over 100 staff and the public; and
k) exceed a 7 storey height above ground level or have occupancy below ground that has no direct egress to ground level,
l) with internal travel distances that exceed 60 metres,
m) with abnormal or transient hazards,
n) exceed a floor area of 600 square metres,
o) have single stairways or complicated exit arrangements,
p) have combustible or unknown cladding, and
q) lack active fire protection or other fire mitigating measures.
